Shipping Policy

At Crownlab, every timepiece is handled with the utmost care and precision from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your hands. We are committed to providing a secure and reliable shipping experience both in Israel and worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Sunday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once processed, your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Days: Sunday to Friday (no dispatch on Saturdays or public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Israel: 5–20 business days after dispatch
  • Worldwide: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs procedures

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, customs clearance, or due to local courier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the courier.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Crownlab is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by local authorities.

Non-Delivery & Delays

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact service@memshop.store.
Crownlab will work with you to locate your package or arrange a replacement when necessary.

Packaging

Every watch is shipped in secure, protective packaging, designed to ensure that your timepiece arrives in perfect condition.
Orders may include additional materials such as adjustment tools and authenticity cards when applicable.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times within Israel can vary depending on regional logistics and postal activity.
  • International shipments may experience additional customs processing times beyond our control.
  • Crownlab is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier service disruptions, or force majeure events.
