Customer Service: Our dedicated team is available to assist you with orders, sizing, and general inquiries.

Orders & Payments

Currency: Prices are automatically displayed in your local currency.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure checkout.
Order Processing: Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Changes / Cancellations: Changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, fulfillment may already be in progress.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Region: Worldwide – including domestic delivery within Israel.
Ship-From Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Dispatch Days: Sunday–Friday (excluding Saturdays and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery:

  • Israel: 5–20 business days, depending on region and carrier.
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
    Please note that delivery times within Israel may also vary, particularly during peak seasons or postal delays.
    Tracking: A tracking link will be provided once your order has shipped.
    Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact service@memshop.store for assistance or a replacement.

Warranty & Product Care

Warranty: All watches include a one-year warranty covering the movement mechanism.
Bracelet Adjustment Set: Each timepiece includes a precision tool set, allowing you to adjust the bracelet to your preferred fit.
Product Care: Crownlab is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, exposure to water (unless specified as water-resistant), or impact.
Water Resistance: Only models explicitly marked as water-resistant should be exposed to moisture.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the watch remains unused and unworn.
Condition: Returned items must be in perfect condition, with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.
No Returns on Used Watches: Watches showing any signs of wear or adjustment are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, email service@memshop.store with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Taxes

Prices: Displayed in your local currency. Applicable taxes or fees will appear at checkout.
Import Fees: For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Delays: Crownlab is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local import regulations.
