Ordering:

  • Shipping: Worldwide shipping is available.
  • Shipping Location: Orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of ordering. After this timeframe, requests will be denied. Orders can be returned for a full refund upon receipt.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards  and PayPal payments.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery:

  • Processing Time: Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.
  • Shipping Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends.
  • Delivery Time: Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Customs and Taxes:

  • Charges: Prices displayed are tax-free in US Dollars. Customers may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon receiving their orders.
  • Responsibility: Payment of import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.
